What happens next...

Booking process

Once we have received your enquiry we will contact you via phone or email to ensure we have all your event details.​ At least 5 days before your party we will ask you for the names of your guests so we can personalise their Bellini cocktail on arrival to the table. We will also discuss with you the piece we will make on the day and if there are any special requests from the party host.

On the day of your event we will arrive approximately 45 minutes before to give us time to set up the table. All we require is a table big enough to seat your guests comfortably, and accommodate the jewellery party supplies. We will require around 30 minutes after the jewellery party to pack away.

Payment

When you are ready to confirm your booking we will ask you to sign a Confirmation Agreement via email and pay the £150 party fee as a deposit as a bank transfer. When you are ready to confirm the number of guests attending your jewellery party we will ask you to pay the balance - no later than three days prior to the party. 

Cancellation policy

Outside 30 days of your party date we will offer a full refund or new booking.

 

We are unable to offer refunds within 30 days of your jewellery party, unless in exceptional circumstances such a severe illness or family bereavement. In this case you may either cancel and receive a full refund, or re-book your party on a future available date.
