What happens next...
Booking process
Once I have received your enquiry I will contact you via phone or email to ensure I have all your event details. At least five days before your party I will ask you for the names of your guests so we can personalise their Bellini cocktail on arrival to the table. I will also discuss with you the piece's we will make on the day and if there are any special requests from any of the guests.
On the day of your event I will arrive approximately 45 minutes before to give me time to set up the table. All I require is a table big enough to seat your guests comfortably, and accommodate the jewellery experience supplies. I will require around 30 minutes after the jewellery party to pack everything away.
Payment
When you are ready to confirm your booking I will ask you to sign a Confirmation Agreement via email or in person, and pay the £150 party fee as a deposit as a bank transfer. When you are ready to confirm the number of guests attending your jewellery experience I will ask you to pay the full balance - no later than three days prior to the experinece.
Cancellation policy
Outside of 30 days of your party date I will offer a full refund or arrange a new booking.
I am unable to offer refunds within 30 days of your jewellery experience, unless in exceptional circumstances such a severe illness or family bereavement. In this case you may either cancel and receive a full refund, or re-book your experience on a future available date.
